How to Order

1.      You may browse through our products by categories or price range.
2.      Check the measurement of the apparel and make sure it fits your furkids. For more information, please see Measurement Guide.
3.      Place an order through our Order Form.
4.      Wait for the invoice to be sent to your e-mail inbox.
5.      Check through all the particulars stated in the invoice.
6.      Make sure there is no mistake in the invoice before you make a payment to our bank account.  For more information, please see Payment Methods.
7.      E-mail us the proof of payment at lolipet@live.com
8.      Wait for the goods to be shipped to you.

Please take note that most of our products are pre-order, unless stated otherwise [READY STOCK]. Estimated arrival of the goods you ordered to your doorstep is about 2 to 3 weeks after the pre-order batch is closed. For ready stock, after the confirmation of your payment, goods will arrived at your doorstep in about 2 to 3 working days.

4.     收到我们的发票，检查所有的订购商品是否正确。
5.     确定了没有发票没有问题后，可以付款到我们的银行户口。更多详情，麻烦点击Payment Method（付款选项）。
6.     把转账收据发到我们的电邮箱，lolipet@live.com
7.     当我们证实了你的付款，我们会把收据发到您的电邮箱。
8.     大大们就等收靓货。

大大们请注意，我们目前暂时都是以预购团形式进行交易，如有现货的，会在另有标题。预购团结束后，约2到3个星期会到您家。如有怠慢，请息怒。
